1. Energy loss

There are three energy conversions when the hydraulic system works, including the hydraulic pump generating high-pressure oil, which converts mechanical energy into pressure energy; the actuator and hydraulic components convert the pressure energy of the oil into mechanical energy and heat. The entire energy conversion and transmission process is accompanied by energy loss, and at the same time, the mismatch between the engine, pump, valve, and load will also produce a large energy loss.
2. Power matching energy loss
The operating environment and operating objects of the forklift are different, and the power requirements of the engine are also different, the adjustment characteristics of the engine, and the universal characteristic curve of the engine. When the engine and hydraulic pump work together, it can be known from the engine speed control characteristics and universal characteristics that each position of the engine speed control rod corresponds to the optimal energy-saving working point and the maximum power point, which is used as the engine and hydraulic pump and the maximum power point. The best matching adjusts the absorbed power of the hydraulic pump. Due to the variability of the working load of the forklift, the absorbed power of the hydraulic pump changes, causing the engine speed to deviate from the optimal node.
3. Energy transmission loss of hydraulic system
The pipeline of the hydraulic system of the second-hand forklift is usually composed of several sections of pipelines, each of which is connected in series with some devices such as elbows, control valves, filters, pipe joints, etc. that form local resistance. When the head, control valve and pipe joint, etc., produce edge and pressure loss and local pressure loss; when the hydraulic cylinder and other actuators work, due to unreasonable design and processing technology, friction loss occurs in the contact area of the friction pair. These pressure and friction losses change the fluid resistance and heat generation when the oil flows, resulting in excessively high oil temperature in the hydraulic system. According to relevant statistics, when the oil temperature of the hydraulic system of the forklift exceeds 85 degrees Celsius, the aluminum shell with a large expansion coefficient will cause a secondary sweeping phenomenon, the hydraulic valve is easy to be stuck, the lifting speed of the lifting cylinder is significantly reduced, and the seals and high-pressure hoses It is easy to age, and the small holes and crevices of the components are easy to be blocked.
4. Energy conversion loss of hydraulic source
When the hydraulic system of the forklift truck is working, there is a gap between the relatively moving parts in the hydraulic pump body, and the sealing between the joint surfaces is not tight, which causes the hydraulic pump to leak and cause system power loss; due to the viscosity of the oil, when it flows through the inner surface of the pump Energy loss will be caused by flow resistance; cavitation of oil under negative pressure conditions and volume compression under high pressure conditions will cause energy loss; in the process of oil absorption, due to too large oil absorption resistance, high oil viscosity and high hydraulic pump speed, etc. Due to the reasons, the oil cannot fully fill the sealed working chamber and other reasons, resulting in volume loss, which reduces the efficiency of the pump.
